Philadelphia ? After recording the fourth-fastest prelim time in the men’s 110-meter hurdles, Kansas sophomore Keith Hayes finished sixth overall in the event finals Saturday at the Penn Relays. Hayes, who was one of four finalists from the Big 12 Conference, crossed the finish line in 14.12.
