KU track’s Finley dominates in discus

? Kansas freshman Mason Finley earned the fifth-best mark in the country on Friday in the men’s discus with a toss of 58.22 m (191 feet) at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.

Finley won the event by nearly two feet and recorded the fifth-best mark among Div. I athletes to date in the 2010 outdoor track and field season. His mark is currently third in the West region.
