Quinn Mecham, a 6-foot-2, 195-pound quarterback from Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, on Wednesday signed a letter of intent with Kansas University, Mecham told Rivals.com. Mecham threw for 3,091 yards and tossed 40 TDs last season. He’s the No. 47-ranked junior college prospect in the Class of 2010.
