Kansas coach Mark Mangino said Wednesday that injured receiver Dexton Fields will be a game-time decision heading into the team’s game against Sam Houston State on Saturday at Memorial Stadium.
Fields, who practiced with the team Wednesday, has been out since leaving the team’s season-opening victory over Florida International due to what appeared to be a left foot injury.
“We have to be smart about it,” Mangino said. “We’ll probably wait up until Saturday to make a decision about it.”
