Thomas Robinson, a 6-foot-8, 210-pound high school senior power forward from Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H., will take his second of three official campus visits this weekend.
Robinson, who attended KU’s national championship ring banquet on Sept. 19, will travel to the University of Memphis with fellow KU target Xavier Henry. Robinson is slated to visit Southern California on Oct. 17-18.
Memphis coach John Calipari traveled to Washington, D.C., on Monday to visit with Robinson’s mom. KU coach Bill Self is slated to visit with Robinson’s mom this morning, then travel to New Hampshire to watch Robinson work out tonight.
“It’s a good opportunity to visit Memphis so he has something to compare Kansas to. He will probably sit down next week with his mom to discuss the visits,” Brewster coach Jason Smith told Zagsblog.net.
