Chalmers sets Heat record with 9 steals

Dwyane Wade scored 29 points, Mario Chalmers set a franchise record with nine steals, and Miami scored 12 straight points in the fourth quarter.

Former Heat guard, Tim Hardaway, who was in the building, previously owned the franchise record for steals in a game with eight.

Wade added seven rebounds and six assists. Miami forced 26 turnovers – matching the most in the NBA this season – and moved to 2-0 at home for the first time since 2004.
