Lincoln. Neb. ? Kansas University golfer Emily Powers placed in a tie for 56th at the NCAA West golf regional. Powers shot a 1-under-par 71 on Saturday to go with rounds of 80 and 77. USC won the team title by 15 shots over Arizona State.
