Lincoln, Neb. ? Aleks Maric led Nebraska in every statistical category in his final home game, leading the Huskers, 68-49, over Colorado in a send-off to remember.
The 6-foot-11 senior from Sydney, Australia, has 17 points, 16 rebounds and six assists to pace Nebraska, which opened a 22-point halftime lead.
“Aleks, wow, what more can you ask of a guy?” Nebraska coach Doc Sadler said.
Maric admitted to some tears after the game.
