Norman, Okla. ? Oklahoma starting guard Jenna Plumley has been arrested on a petty larceny charge after allegedly trying to steal makeup from a Wal-Mart store. Norman police spokeswoman Jennifer Newell says Plumley was stopped by Wal-Mart’s security personnel at 11:49 a.m. Monday and signed a ticket that will require her to appear in municipal court.
