Kansas University’s football team has been ranked as preseason No. 15 in Sports Illustrated’s annual college football preview issue. Missouri is No. 4, Oklahoma 6, Texas Tech 8 and Texas 13. The Jayhawks are No. 21 in ESPN.com’s power rankings.
