Columbia, Mo. ? Two starters for the Missouri basketball team have declared themselves eligible for the June 26 NBA Draft, though neither will hire an agent and could return to school next year. The university announced Thursday that DeMarre Carroll and Leo Lyons had entered their names in the draft pool.
