Austin, Texas ? Texas freshman guard Dogus Balbay will have surgery on his right knee today and will be out indefinitely, school officials announced Monday. Balbay injured the knee in a pickup game Oct. 4. He led Turkey to a seventh-place finish at the Under-19 World Championships during the summer, averaging 12.4 points and 5.8 rebounds.
