KU baseball calls series after several delays

By Staff     Feb 22, 2007

Wet field conditions forced Kansas University to cancel its baseball game against North Dakota State scheduled for 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hoglund Ballpark. The game will not be made up.

The teams originally were scheduled to play last weekend, but the start of the three-game series was moved to Monday because of snow. Field conditions have since forced the cancellation of all three games.

KU (7-1) will travel to Stanford, Calif., this weekend for a three-game set against Stanford starting Friday night.
