KSU football player arrested on campus

Manhattan ? A tight-end for the Kansas State University football team was arrested Sunday.

Kansas State Police arrested Rashaad Jermaine Norwood, 21, in a KSU parking lot for obstruction of the legal process and disorderly conduct, two misdemeanors.
