Houston ? Former Kansas University softball standout Serena Settlemier has signed a contract with the Texas Thunder of the National Pro Fastpitch League.
Settlemier was chosen Big 12 Conference Player of the Year after leading the league with 22 home runs and 61 RBI as well as winning 17 games in the circle.
