On Senior Day in Coach Ritch Price’s first year at KU, the Jayhawks were trying to earn the final spot in the Big 12 Tournament. Today, almost four years later on his son Ritchie’s Senior Day, KU had already locked up its bid in the conference tourney and was going for its first Big 12 sweep of the year.
