Kansas University’s Serena Settlemier has been named a second-team All-American by the National Fastpitch Coaches Assn.

Settlemier, who sparkled as both a hitter and a pitcher during her senior year, was honored as a utility player. She’s the 11th player in KU history to earn All-America honors and the first since outfielder Christi Musser in 2002.
