Former Kansas University basketball guard Billy Thomas, who played for the NBA’s Washington Wizards last season, has signed a contract to play in Serbia this season.
The 6-foot-4 Thomas will play for Crvena Zvezda in Belgrade. Thomas, 30, played for the New Jersey Nets two seasons ago.
