Former Kansas University football player Eric Butler continues to fight for more eligibility – and continues to lose. Butler, a defensive tackle for KU last season, was denied a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA earlier this year, lost two appeals, then lost an attempt at an injunction in U.S. District court, and KU officials learned Friday that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th circuit denied Butler’s attempt to reverse the injunction decision.
