How low can you go? With only four hits in its last three games, Kansas University’s softball team has hit bottom.

The Jayhawks’ .236 team batting average ranks last in the Big 12 Conference going into this weekend’s series against Texas Tech. Game times are 2 p.m. today and noon Sunday at Arrocha Ballpark.

Kansas (21-20 overall, 2-6 Big 12) has won five straight from Texas Tech (18-24, 4-4). The Jayhawks’ last loss to the Red Raiders was in the 2003 conference tournament.
