KU rowing wins twice

? Kansas University’s rowing team won both its heats – in Varsity Four and Novice Four – during Friday’s first day of the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship. The races, held on Melton Hill Lake, conclude today. “We’re looking forward to the finals tomorrow, and it should be a good day of racing.” KU coach Rob Catloth said.
