Kansas University women’s basketball recruits Danielle McCray and Lindsay Ballweg each played Sunday in the State of Kansas Women’s Basketball Showcase in Salina.
McCray, from Olathe East, scored 16 points, and Ballweg, of Overland Park Aquinas, scored nine.
Ballweg and McCray are part of coach Bonnie Henrickson’s seven-player incoming class.
