Daniel Deane, a 6-foot-8, 225-pound high school junior power forward from Park City, Utah, will make an official basketball recruiting visit this weekend to Kansas University. Deane, who last weekend visited Stanford, plans to visit Gonzaga a week or two after the KU visit. Deane also is considering Utah, Oregon, UCLA and Illinois.
“I wanted to take the visit now because I wanted to see the campus with all the kids still there,” Deane told Shay Wildeboor of rivals.com. “I would like to make a couple more visits before I choose a school.”
