Former Kansas University football wide receiver Brandon Rideau signed a free-agent contract with the Cleveland Browns on Thursday, one of three signings Cleveland announced.
Rideau (6-foot-4, 190 pounds) signed with Cleveland after a tryout at the Browns’ rookie mini-camp last week. He will join former KU teammate David McMillan on Cleveland’s roster. McMillan was drafted in the fifth round by the Browns on April 24.
