Kansas University’s athletic department will conduct its first online auction starting Friday.
Included in the auction — which will run for a week — will be sections of the center scoreboard recently removed from Allen Fieldhouse, auxiliary scoreboards from the fieldhouse, one basketball rim and jerseys worn by former football and men’s basketball players. New items for bid will be added throughout the summer.
Items and opening minimum bids will be placed on the Web site (www.kuathletics.com).
