An investigation report about the fight and stabbing at the Moon Bar that left Kansas University basketball player J.R. Giddens with a slashed artery was turned over by police to the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office on Thursday. District attorney Charles Branson says it will take some time to review the 250-page report.
