Here is the latest injury news for Kansas University’s men’s basketball team:

  • Senior guard Keith Langford, who suffered a concussion Sunday against Kentucky, did some light jogging and shooting during practice today. He hopes to be able to play Wednesday against Iowa State.
  • Christian Moody practiced some today and is no longer wearing a boot on his left ankle. He said he is hopeful for Wednesday’s game, but is currently day-to-day.
  • Wayne Simien practiced today for the first time. He wore a splint, and players were told to not hit him. KU head coach Bill Self said Simien was doubtful for the ISU game, but there was a chance he’d play.
  • Sasha Kaun is fine after two root canals yesterday.
  • C.J. Giles left today’s practice with a boot on his right foot, but he said it was just a bruise and he would be able to play Wednesday.
  • Russell Robinson’s scratched cornea is fine, and he will be able to play against the Cyclones.
