John Reagan and Tim Beck have been hired as assistant football coaches at Kansas University, head coach Mark Mangino announced Sunday.
Reagan, who spent the last two seasons as Air Force’s offensive line coach, will be in charge of the Jayhawks’ offensive line and also serve as KU’s offensive run-game coordinator. Beck will oversee the team’s wide receivers, replacing Tyrone Dixon who has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
“First and foremost, John and Tim are teachers,” Mangino said. “Their enthusiasm and ability to relate to our players will make them an excellent additions to our staff.”
Mangino added that he planned to announce a coaching replacement for KU’s vacant running backs position at a later date.
