Six Kansas University soccer players were named to the all-tournament team after the Jayhawks went 2-0 at the Selected Kickoff Classic over the weekend.
KU senior forward Rachel Gilfillan was selected as the tournament’s offensive MVP, and goalkeeper Meghan Miller was selected defensive MVP.
Freshman defender Afton Sauer, sophomore defenders Holly Gault and Nikki Alvarez and senior midfielder Lauren Williams were named to the all-tournament team.

Kansas will travel Tuesday to Champaign, Ill., to face 14th-ranked Illinois.
