In his final chance to prove his prognosticating prowess, Journal-World sports editor Chuck Woodling went 4-2 in this week’s Wanna Whack Woodling? contest on KUsports.com.

Woodling missed Iowa State’s come-from-behind victory over Kansas State and KU’s trouncing of Missouri.

Sean Slaby of Wichita and Chip English of Towanda tied for first with 6-0 records, but English won the tiebreaker by coming the closest to the final score of the KU-MU game with a 28-10 prediction. English will receive a We Whacked Woodling T-shirt for his victory.

Sixteen participants had 5-1 records, and 61 contestants tied Woodling’s 4-2 mark.
