Former Kansas University basketball player David Padgett has decided to transfer to Louisville, the Journal-World confirmed Saturday night. Padgett chose Louisville over runnerup UCLA. He received permission to talk to North Carolina last week but ultimately decided to not make a visit to the Chapel Hill, N.C., campus.
