Kansas University junior Kandis Bonner, of Peoria, Ill., will not return to the women’s basketball team for her senior season, KU coach Bonnie Henrickson announced Wednesday.
Bonner transferred to Kansas in 2003-04 after stops at Bradley University and Wabash Valley College. With the Jayhawks, Bonner averaged 2.0 points and 1.4 rebounds in 7.6 minutes a game. She played in 25 games with one starting assignment.
