Kansas University’s four-game baseball series with Oakland University next week has been changed.
KU will meet the Michigan school in single afternoon games Monday through Thursday. The series was scheduled to start Thursday and run through the following Saturday.
The change was made, KU coach Ritch Price said, because the weather forecast for early next week is better than for late in the week.
KU is scheduled to open at home at 1 p.m. Sunday against Creighton.
