Kansas University punter Kyle Tucker has been named to the Freshman All-Big 12 Conference team by The Sporting News. Tucker, a native of Katy, Texas, averaged 40.1 yards per punt in 2004, taking over full-time duties in mid-September. Fifteen of his boots landed inside the 20-yard line.
