Kansas University freshman soccer player Caroline Smith has been invited to a training camp for the U.S. Under-21 women’s national team.
Smith, a native of Edina, Minn., will try out for the team that will represent the U.S. at the Nordic Cup July 21-28 in Denmark.
KU coach Mark Francis is an assistant for the U.S. team.
