Gruber third at Indoors

Boston ? Former Kansas University runner Charlie Gruber finished third in the 1,500-meter race Saturday at the U.S. Indoor Championships. Gruber finished in a time of 3:43.35, trailing Jason Lunn (3:42.23) and Michael Stember (3:42.73).
