Kansas University baseball players Ryan Baty and Kevin Wheeler were named Friday to the American Baseball Coaches Assn. All-Midwest Region second team.
Baty, a junior first baseman, had 97 hits and 57 RBIs in 2003; Wheeler, a senior designated hitter and pitcher, had six wins and batted .319 with 10 home runs and 45 RBIs.
