Nearly a week ago, Al Bohl blamed men’s basketball coach Roy Williams after Bohl was fired as Kansas University’s athletic director.
On Monday night, after Williams departed for North Carolina, Bohl had little to say.
“I had my opportunity last Wednesday and from here on out I’m just trying to forge ahead,” Bohl told the Journal-World Monday night.
Last Wednesday, Bohl accused Williams of being hateful and vindictive and of crushing him in his hand “like a dove.”
In conclusion, Bohl said Williams “is probably doing what he thinks is right for him. Other than that, I have no comment.”
