? Kansas University’s women’s basketball team — on its first two-game winning streak in more than a year — will try to make it three wins in a row tonight.

The Jayhawks (2-0) will face the University of San Diego (2-0) at 9 p.m. at Jenny Craig Pavilion.

Kansas opened its two-game West Coast trip with a 66-56 victory against Cal State Fullerton on Wednesday. It was KU’s first winning streak since March 6, 2001.

Kansas hasn’t won three straight games since defeating Louisiana-Monroe, Illinois and Eastern Illinois early in the 2000-01 season.
