The top-seeded Sooners (28-3) put their balance on display, getting double-figure scoring from four players and harassing Hartford into 22 turnovers. They advance to play Monday night against Villanova, which beat Pepperdine, 67-46.

Ames, Iowa Mary Cofield went 6-for-6 on three-pointers in scoring 20 points, and Angie Welle had 18 points and 15 rebounds as Iowa State beat Temple in the first round of the Midwest Regional.
