Duke then rattled of five quick points, and steadily increased their lead. Missouri’s Kareem Rush re-injured his right thumb, and was on the MU bench as the Blue Devils pulled away.

Duke, led by Jason Williams and Shane Battier, are the first team to advance to the sweet sixteen. There they will face the winner of today’s Utah State-UCLA game.
