Kansas leads the all-time series, 152-89. The teams have split the season series the past five years.

The Jayhawks are knotted with the Tigers at four games apiece since the first year of the Big 12 Conference in 1996-97.

Kansas is 58-50 all-time in Columbia, Mo., but 11-17 when playing in the Hearnes Center.

KU coach Roy Williams is 14-11 all-time versus Missouri and 1-1 versus Missouri under second-year head coach Quin Snyder. Williams is 5-7 versus the Tigers in Columbia.

KU’s last victory in Columbia was Jan. 11, 1999 a 73-61 Jayhawk victory over the Tigers.

The series dates back to March 11, 1907, when Missouri downed Kansas, 34-31, in Lawrence.

Kansas is 9-4 versus the Tigers in games televised on ESPN.

KU sophomore Jeff Carey is a native of Camdenton, Mo., and his father, Ray, was a standout player for the Tigers in the 1960s.

KU is looking to go 7-0 in league play for the first time since 1996-97.
