Kansas University’s men’s tennis team knocked off Southwest Missouri State and Creighton in the dual match debut of KU coach Ross Nwachukwu.

The Jayhawks bounced the Bears, 7-2, and then pounded the Blue Jays, 8-1, on Saturday at Alvamar Racquet Club.

“Winning the first match feels pretty good,” Nwachukwu said. “But I’m looking forward to having my guys pull out more wins this year if they continue working and playing hard, as they have thus far.”
