KU leads the all-time series in Lawrence, 51-10, including a 36-8 record in Allen Fieldhouse.

Roy Williams is 17-8 all-time versus OSU, including a 9-1 mark in Lawrence. OSU coach Eddie Sutton is 9-16 all-time versus KU, including stints as head coach at Arkansas and Creighton. Williams is one win from tying Ted Owens for second place on KU’s coaching win list. Williams has 347 wins against 85 losses. Owens compiled a 348-182 record from 1964 to 1983.

Oklahoma State has three Kansans on the roster Andre Williams (Kansas City), Victor Williams (Kansas City) and Melvin Sanders (Liberal).

Sutton is 243-99 in his 11th year with the Cowboys 673-261 overall.

Pete Taylor of Iowa State will handle play by play on today’s game on OSU’s radio network. Broadcasters from each Big 12 school are working the Cowboys’ remaining games in memory of announcer Bill Teegins, killed in a plane crash on Jan. 27.
