KU softball trips A&M

? Kansas University’s softball team scored four runs in the seventh inning and beat Texas A&M, 6-4, on Sunday.

Shelly Musser had a hit, two RBIs and two runs scored. Also, Leah Tabb and Courtney Wright each had a hit and RBI.

Amy Hulse smacked two hits in three at bats and now is hitting .330

Kelly Campbell was the winning pitcher in relief of Kara Pierce.

The Jayhawks improved to 19-16 overall and 4-2 in the Big 12. A&M is 24-11, 1-5.
