Plans have been finalized for Late Night With Roy Williams a week from tonight at Allen Fieldhouse.
Doors will open at 5 p.m., Oct. 13, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
Admission is free, but fans are encouraged to bring canned foods which will benefit area food shelters. Children 12 and under will not be admitted without an adult, and the Fieldhouse doors will be closed when the arena reaches capacity.
The event, which is sponsored by Dillon’s Food Stores, carries a theme this year of “Surviving the 13th” a combination of the television show Survivor and the movie Friday the 13th. Festivities featuring the KU men’s and women’s basketball teams will begin approximately 10 p.m., and the KU men will hold a scrimmage at midnight.
