Nancy Bell, Danielle Geronymo and Amy Myatt led Kansas’ attack in a Big 12 volleyball sweep of Baylor on Saturday at Horejsi Center.
Bell had 17 kills, Geronymo 13 and Myatt 12 in the Jayhawks’ 16-14, 15-6, 15-12 victory. KU improved to 14-10 overall and 5-10 in the Big 12. BU dipped to 13-11, 6-9.
“We executed well and had a great serving day,” KU coach Ray Bechard said. “It seems the longer the match goes the more momentum the other team can get. We wanted to put them away early.”
KU will travel to Lubbock, Texas, to meet Texas Tech on Wednesday.
