Kansas City ? Three former Kansas University basketball players are on the 13-man roster of the fledgling Kansas City Knights.
Guards Ryan Robertson and Rex Walters, and forward Darrin Hancock made the American Basketball Assn. squad coached by Kevin Pritchard, another former Jayhawk.
Among the others on the roster are former Wichita State standout Antoine Carr and Rayford Young, a guard from Texas Tech.
The Knights will play their opener tonight at Memphis, then clash with the Houn’Dawgs again on Wednesday in Kemper Arena. Game time is 7:15 p.m.
