HUTCHINSON – Danny Manning scored 18 points on seven of 12 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds to pace Kansas’ Blue team to a 75-53 intrasquad basketball win over the White squad on Tuesday night at the Sports Arena.
Manning also had four assists and four steals. Milt Newton scored 14, while Kevin Pritchard added 12 and Archie Marshall 10 for the victors.
Mark Randall scored 15 points on six of nine shooting and grabbed 11 rebounds for the White team.
The Jayhawks will scrimmage again at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 at Johnson County Community College. KU will face the Italian National Team at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Allen Fieldhouse.
