To install wallpaper as the background image on your desktop follow the specific instructions below for your operating system and browser.

First we must find out what your screen resolution is set to. Right-click the desktop and a menu should appear, click on "properties" and a tabbed palette should appear. Click on the tab named "settings" and find the area within that tab called "Screen Resolution". Write down the numbers that it is set at.

Next, return to this page and find the wallpaper style that you want and then click on the resolution numbers that match those of your monitor. This should take you to another page displaying the wallpaper. In Netscape or Mozilla, right-click the image and select "Set as Wallpaper". In Internet Explorer, right-click the image and select "Set as Background".

Find the wallpaper size that corresponds to the resolution that you are running. To find the resolution you are running, click on the apple on the top-left corner of your screen and select "System Preferences." Click on "Displays" (under "Hardware"). Your resolution will be highlighted. Download the wallpaper image to your computer (right-click OR control + click, Save Image As...) and go back to "System Preferences." This time click "Desktop & Screen Saver." Click "Choose a folder..." and find where you've downloaded the wallpaper (most likely the desktop).
